| The technical process of the welded pipe mill line :uncoiler--leveler--shear and welder --accumulator--forming--HF welding--squeezing--deburring--iron roll--air cooling--water cooling--sizing--flying saw--straighter--end facing--packing. Roll type flattener consists of two rows of same diameter rolls. These rolls are staggered at equal intervals. Upper rolls are installed on the upper stands. Reducer via transmission shaft equipped with universal joint powers drive rolls. Flattened steel strips pass between two rows of rolls, where repeated elastic and plastic bending flattens them, then feeding steel strips into accumulator for storage quickly;The leveler adopts 5-roll type flattening, 2-roll type feeding. |
